Full Stack Web Developer
For the last 2 years I've been building HR, ERP and e-commerce platforms with React, Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. Currently expanding into Go and React Native.
I graduated in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from the American International University-Bangladesh and joined ACI Limited as a Software Engineer in October 2024. Before that, I spent a year working in frontend development at Encoderbase.
Most of my day is spent inside large internal platforms, the kind that quietly run HR departments, supply chains, and pharma operations. I focus on clean architecture, predictable data flow, and reducing the small frictions that compound across hundreds of daily users.
Outside of production work, I build side projects to explore what I don't know yet, currently focusing on Go for backend development and broader systems engineering concepts. I read more than I tweet, prefer collaborative environments, and believe long-term solutions beat clever ones.

Ousadbazar is an eCommerce platform for easy access to medicines and healthcare products. It provides a simple, reliable, and user-friendly way to order wellness items and pharmacy services online. Customers can conveniently find and receive their medications from home.
Developed a performance tracking web app for ACI Limited’s Pharma Department to monitor employee performance using KPIs and KRAs. Implemented KPI assignment workflows for monthly, quarterly, and yearly frequencies. Created interactive dashboards, reports, and a multi-level approval process for Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and HOD reviews.

It ensures security by sanitizing SVG files to remove malicious content. The app uses cloud storage with CDN delivery and provides analytics to track usage like views and copies. It also includes authentication, role-based access, and a request system for new icons.
